​Kenna Kintrea is a Major Projects Consultant and Non-Executive Director based in Chelmsford, England. With over 18 years of executive and non-executive experience in mega-project assurance and delivery across automotive, construction, and nuclear industries, she excels in leading large multi-disciplinary teams on complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Kenna specialises in project and program delivery, risk management, investment appraisal, and transformational change. Currently, she serves as an NED on the Board of Hinkley Point C and at the British Transport Police Authority, bringing her expertise to bear on critical projects. Kenna holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management.

A leading renewable fueling company is looking for an EHS Professional to join its growing team. You would be responsible for driving HSSE performance at jobsite level - ensuring a commitment towards safety excellence across all operations. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader, where you will be given every platform to succeed in the role. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week expected in one of the following offices: Lansing, MI  Indianapolis, IN San Antonio, TX  Cleveland, OH  Pittsburgh, PA  The Role: Promote a proactive HSSE culture at all levels of the organization, with heavy focus on employee engagement towards the safety programWork closely with the EHS Director in highlighting successes and core focus areas, in order to continually develop the safety program Undertake job-site inspections, hazard observations, near miss investigations and audits, as deemed necessaryIdentify, develop and deliver safety training in areas such as: safety regulation, hazardous conditions, use of tools and equipment etc. Ensure company continually remains compliant and informed of industry regulatory changes when it comes to bodies such as OSHA   The Candidate: A self-starter, with strong communication skills who can engage with internal & external stakeholders alike2-3 years hands on safety experience in either renewables, manufacturing, construction or energy industriesBachelors' Degree required in Occupational Safety, Engineering or other related disciplineHappy to travel 20% to jobsite locations
