Training & Development

We invest heavily in our staff and we offer continuous training and support to help you develop personally and professionally. This applies whether you join us as a fresh graduate or industry veteran.

When you join as a Graduate or Trainee you will immediately join our 12 week Training Academy, this is delivered in-house and provides an overview of all areas of the recruitment process. It uses a mixture of classroom based sessions, work related activity targets and on the desk training. During your time on the Academy you will also be allocated a mentor, in addition to your line manager, they will be there to offer you help and support during your first 3 months.

Beyond the Academy we will provide you with a mix of internal, external and on-line training, dependent on the your training needs and preferred ways of learning.
