About Natalie

​​Natalie has been our Head of HR since May 2022 and leads our HR Framework, ESG strategy and all other things ‘People’.

For 14 years, Natalie has worked in several HR positions in the Waste and Construction industries: Business Partnering, HR System Implementation, HR Shared Services, and Standalone Head of HR.

With a passion for Talent Management and Employer Brand, Natalie is driving growth and achievement against business goals whilst ensuring employee engagement and wellbeing are top of the agenda.

Natalie is an Aylesbury native from school. She decided to take a gap year to live and work in Sydney, Australia. In the end, one year became four, and instead of taking up a place at Liverpool University, she decided to embark on a career in HR.

EHS Representative

A leading oil & gas company is looking for an EHS Representative  to join its team in Arcadia, LA.  Travelling regionally across their operations and sites you will be responsible for driving forward EHS performance at a job-site level, ensuring a commitment towards the corporate EHS goals. This represents a outstanding opportunity to join a a major company, in a position with fantastic long-term growth potential.The Role: Advise all operational, project and maintenance teams (Production, Drilling, Completions) across the region on EHS issues - ensuring all employees remain committed to establishing an industry leading safety cultureUndertake safety inspections, incident investigations and audits as deemed necessaryMaintain area specific SPCC, LDAR, and GHG monitoring plans.Assists EHS staff with due diligence and environmental remediation projects.Lead safety meetings and site-specific safety training for all site/facility employeesEnsure the sites remain compliant with both local and federal regulatory bodies e.g. OSHA The Candidate: Hold a bachelors degree in Safety, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred)Possess at a minimum 3-5 years hands on safety experience working in the onshore oil & gas industry Strong communicator who is able to effectively engage with key internal and external stakeholders across all business levelsBased near Arcadia, LA and able to travel as required (Relocation Assistance on offer for non-local candidates)

Sustainability LeadGerrards Cross£50,000 + benefits We are currently working with a leader in technical construction, who design, build, and deliver top quality commercial and manufacturing, data centres, food, logistics and pharmaceutical facilities.The Sustainability Lead will support operations and corporate sustainability and will be a technical expert in their field. They will lead internal and external stakeholders towards sustainable and compliant outcomes that align with project requirements and the corporate ESG strategy.The Sustainability Lead will be responsible for:  Supporting project teams in understanding certification requirements (such as BREEAM, LEED) and achieving their targeted credits.Engaging with supply chain and relevant roles to ensure requirements and evidence for certifications are discharged / collected in a timely manner.Supporting the Head of ESG with strategy design, delivery, and performance evaluation.Key contact for assigned projects / teams – as the sustainability subject matter expert providing technical advice and guidance.
